文昌各镇干群同心齐发力 多措并举推进灾后恢复

灾后恢复，合力是关键。文昌市各镇充分调动党员干部、群众、企业等多方力量，从民生保障、农业恢复、环境整治等方面精准发力，以务实举措推动灾后生产生活秩序稳步回归，让灾后复苏跑出“加速度”。
文昌市铺前镇：灾后恢复有序推进 小镇重拾往日活力

受台风“麦德姆”影响，文昌市铺前镇遭遇风暴潮引发的海水倒灌，群众生产生活受到较大影响。随着台风过境，铺前镇政府迅速组织抢险力量投入救灾恢复工作，群众积极开展自救，各项恢复工作有序推进，小镇正逐步重拾往日活力。



10月6日上午，记者来到铺前码头时看到，此前倒灌的海水已全部退尽，路面残留的垃圾已被工作人员集中清理。周边居民在清扫自家院落及门前道路，不少商户也忙着擦拭门面、整理货物，为恢复营业做准备，现场一派忙碌却有序的景象。



在镇墟的各主次干道，环卫工人合力扶正被台风刮倒的景观树，并用绳索固定加固。有的群众主动加入自救队伍，手持电锯切割拦路的断枝，为车辆和行人的通行扫清障碍。沿街商铺已基本恢复营业，来往行人逐渐增多，熟悉的市井烟火气正慢慢回归。与此同时，铺前镇村干部深入各村、社区，组织群众开展家园清理、隐患排查工作，全力推动生产生活秩序全面恢复。



电力恢复是灾后保障民生的重点工作之一。为争取最短时间恢复供电，南方电网海南电网公司发动三亚、五指山、陵水、白沙等地的抢修队伍支援文昌供电局，对受损线路等进行全面排查和紧急修复，力争以最快速度恢复供电，确保群众度过一个明亮、祥和的中秋节。

文昌市冯坡镇：军民同心齐上阵 火速清障保畅通

台风过境后，文昌市冯坡镇迅速转入灾后恢复工作。10月6日，镇政府组织100余名党员干部、志愿者，联同20余名冯坡镇武装部民兵应急排开展环境卫生大扫除以及道路疏通工作，争取早日恢复生产生活秩序。目前，冯坡镇各项恢复工作仍在有序推进，生产生活秩序正逐步回归常态。



文昌市冯坡镇镇长符展伟：“这次台风对我们冯坡镇也造成了比较大的一个影响，风灾过后按照市委市政府的统一部署，我们也是第一时间进行道路的清障，打通了我们的交通路线。那么目前各个村庄也正在有序地恢复供水和供电的过程当中。今天我们还组织了全体干部以及乡村振兴工作队员，以及部分乡村的群众进行我们整个全域的卫生清洁，确保尽快恢复我们的美丽的家园。”



文昌市抱罗镇：多举措开展灾后支援 文昌鸡产业复产有序推进

今年第21号台风“麦德姆”过境，狂风暴雨给文昌市抱罗镇文昌鸡养殖业带来不小冲击。面对灾情，当地政府部门迅速联动专业力量，多措并举开展支援，文昌鸡产业抗灾复产工作正紧张有序推进。



在抱锦村先锋村与传味公司合作的文昌鸡养殖基地，养殖户邢润共养殖28000只文昌鸡，台风引发的强降雨导致场地积水严重，加之狂风惊扰鸡群，引发大面积踩踏，不仅造成大量鸡只死亡，剩余存活鸡只的饲养环境也岌岌可危。灾情过后，邢润第一时间赶回养殖场，全力投入灾后恢复工作，力争将损失降到最低。

文昌市抱罗镇文昌鸡养殖户邢润：“这次台风对我们养鸡场影响很大，因为风雨刮太大导致鸡舍有损坏。鸡相互踩踏，压死了好多，基本上死了有上万只鸡，下一步我们就是将这些死鸡进行一个无害化处理一下，拿来深埋，剩下的鸡就是及时联系我们销售这边。尽快把活着的鸡尽快出售、减少损失。”





灾情就是命令，抱罗镇第一时间组建抗灾复产专班，以“防疫优先、快速处置、精准帮扶”为核心原则，统筹推进各项救灾工作。针对养殖户最关心的销售难题，专班主动搭建文昌鸡产销对接通道，一方面引导养殖户细致梳理存活鸡只的数量、生长周期等关键信息，建立清晰台账；另一方面协调各方资源，打通出栏、检疫等环节堵点，确保符合条件的文昌鸡快速出栏，帮助养殖户加速资金回笼。

文昌市抱罗镇畜牧站站长何家圣：“现在在我们文昌鸡这一块，我们主要第一个是做文昌鸡的无害化处理，我们要趁着这两天的时间把所有的死鸡都全部进行无害化处理。第二个是组织人员对养殖场进行全面的消毒，第三个就是组织人员到养殖户的养殖场进行指导，指导他们恢复鸡舍，还有对畜禽后期的管理进行技术的指导。”

文昌市文城镇：全力开展灾后恢复工作 生产生活秩序稳步恢复

台风“麦德姆”影响减弱后，文昌市各级各部门迅速行动，全力开展灾后恢复工作，文城镇主城区保障民生的菜市场等经营场所恢复正常营业，倒伏树木清理工作陆续进行，各项生产生活秩序稳步恢复。



10月6日上午，在诒喜市场，记者看到这里已经恢复正常营业，来买菜的人流逐渐回升。市场各摊位货品丰富，蔬菜、肉类等供应充足。摊主们忙碌地整理货品、招呼顾客，菜市场内一片繁忙而有序的景象。恰逢中秋佳节，不少市民群众一早就前来采购食材与日用品，为当晚的团圆饭做准备。



文昌市民彭思：“台风天过后，菜市场恢复营业，过来买菜，发现菜也很新鲜，价格也没有涨，跟台风之前的价格一样。正好中秋，买一点菜，晚上家里面的人要一起过节，买的菜也比较多一些。”

家家福超市店长陈惠虹：“从早上6点多一点到现在，过来买生活用品的客人还是比较多的。今天刚好是中秋节，有一些客人过来买月饼，生意还是挺好的。”

与此同时，文城镇主城区的各路段也在紧张开展环境恢复工作。受台风“麦德姆”影响，部分区域出现树木倒伏和断枝现象，不仅影响交通，也带来安全隐患。文昌市环卫、园林、消防等单位迅速组织多支抢险队伍，调配吊车、高空作业车等设备，全力投入清障和树木扶正工作，切实保障人民群众出行安全和生活秩序。
