2025年7月17日，北京市知识产权局对北京中济纬天专利代理有限公司给予警告、罚款的行政处罚（京知管罚字[2025]第5号）。根据国家知识产权局办公室《专利申请预审业务管理办法（试行）》（国知办发办字〔2023〕25号）和《三亚市知识产权保护中心专利预审服务备案主体管理办法》有关规定，三亚市知识产权保护中心决定取消北京中济纬天专利代理有限公司在我中心的专利预审服务资格。
