因今年第13号台风“剑鱼”给天涯区带来了历史罕见的强风雨天气，是三亚有气象资料记录以来影响最强的台风。此次台风导致我区多地出现树木倒伏、道路积水、交通受阻，部分地区供电、供水和通信中断，对人民群众生命财产安全和生产生活造成严重影响。

为汇聚社会爱心力量，助力天涯区灾后重建与恢复工作，现郑重面向社会各界发起公益捐赠倡议，期待您的慷慨支持。为妥善做好各项捐赠的接收及调配工作，现就有关助力支援台风灾后重建社会捐赠事项公告如下：
