为进一步弘扬尊师重教的社会风尚，增强广大教师教书育人的荣誉感和责任感，激励更多更优秀的人才投身教育事业，在第39个教师节来临之际，海南省教育厅、海南省教育工会联合海南日报、海南广播电视总台组织开展2023年海南省教书育人楷模和最美乡村教师选树宣传活动。经逐级推选、严格把关、优中选优，共推选出15位海南省教书育人楷模和10位海南省最美乡村教师。其中，儋州2位教师上榜。具体名单↓

2023年海南省教书育人楷模

田亮东儋州市中等职业技术学校教师
田亮东，男，汉族，1985年11月生，中共党员，儋州市中等职业技术学校教师。他扎根职业教育16年，雕琢教学艺术，在专业建设、人才培养中能发挥积极带头作用，教学新理论、新方法取得显著成效。作为省级双优专业负责人、省级工作室主持人，多次指导学生参加国家级、省级技能竞赛并获得奖项。曾获海南省优秀教师、首届教学能手等荣誉。

2023年海南省最美乡村教师

李伟儋州市白马井镇藤根小学教师
李伟，男，汉族，1983年11月生，中共党员，儋州市白马井镇藤根小学教师。他敢于尝试，努力创新，针对农村学校班额人数少的特点，打破常规组织课堂教学，开创乡村学校小班化课堂教学模式。他打造田园课程基地，构建系列课程图谱，开发具有乡村特色的田园语文、田园数学、田园科学、田园美术等特色课程。他依托本校实际，升级田园基地，构建“五育并举”的乡村劳动教育课程体系，将学科教学融入劳动实践，搬到田间地头，实施具有乡村特色“劳动+X”课程，唱响劳动主旋律。曾获马云乡村教师奖、儋州市优秀教师等荣誉。
