海南自贸港首条直达非洲货运航线开通

The first direct freight route from Hainan Free Trade Port to Africa was launched

10月2日，一架装载48吨货物的B767-300全货机从海口美兰国际机场顺利起飞，经停东非肯尼亚内罗毕后，接着飞往南非约翰内斯堡，标志着海南自贸港首条直达非洲的国际货运航线“海口-内罗毕-约翰内斯堡”正式开通，进一步深化中非经贸合作。

On October 2nd, a B767-300 cargo plane carrying 48 tons of goods successfully took off from Haikou Meilan International Airport. After stopping in Nairobi, Kenya in East Africa, it flew on to Johannesburg, South Africa, marking the official opening of the first direct international freight route from Hainan Free Trade Port to Africa, 'Haikou - Nairobi - Johannesburg', further deepening China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.



据了解，该航线由肯尼亚星际航空公司运营，采用B767-300全货机执飞，计划每周一班。航线开通后，海南自贸港跨境电商企业、外贸企业将更便捷地融入非洲乃至全球货运网络，提升海南产品在国际市场上的竞争力。

It is understood that the route is operated by Kenya Starline Airlines and flies using a B767-300 freighter, with plans for one flight per week. After the route is launched, cross-border e-commerce enterprises and foreign trade companies in Hainan Free Trade Port will be able to integrate more conveniently into the African and global freight networks, enhancing the competitiveness of Hainan products in the international market.



为确保此次航线顺利开通，美兰机场积极对接航空公司了解开航需求，协同航司、货运代理、包机商及美兰机场各相关运行单位，建立线上沟通机制，提前部署谋划，从航班计划、保障资源、信息传递等多方面入手，以高效率和高质量的运行保障服务为航线开通保驾护航。

To ensure the smooth opening of this route, Meilan Airport actively connected with airlines to understand their needs for the flight. It collaborated with airlines, freight forwarders, charter operators, and various operational units at Meilan Airport to establish an online communication mechanism. With early deployment and planning, measures were taken in multiple aspects such as flight schedules, support resources, and information dissemination. The aim was to provide efficient and high-quality operational support services to * the route's opening.



今年以来，美兰机场已累计运营海口-巴黎、第比利斯-海口-米兰、海口-第比利斯、海口-塞浦路斯-罗马、第比利斯-特拉维夫-海口、第比利斯-海口-巴黎、海口-内罗毕-约翰内斯堡共计7条国际货运航线，联通8个国际货运航点，初步构建起以海口为辐射点，覆盖欧洲、西亚、中东、非洲等地区的国际货运航线网络。截至10月1日，今年美兰机场国际货邮吞吐量约为18132吨。

Since the beginning of this year, Meilan Airport has operated a total of 7 international freight routes connecting Haikou to Paris, Tbilisi to Haikou to Milan, Haikou to Tbilisi, Haikou to Cyprus to Rome, Tbilisi to Tel Aviv to Haikou, Tbilisi to Haikou to Paris, and Haikou to Nairobi to Johannesburg, linking 8 international freight destinations. It has initially established an international freight route network with Haikou as the radiation point, covering regions such as Europe, West Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. As of October 1st, the international cargo and mail throughput at Meilan Airport this year was about 18,132 tons.
