五、重要注意事项

地址真实性与合规性：切勿使用虚假地址或未经认可的"虚拟地址"。工商部门会不定期抽查，一旦发现地址不实或无法联系，公司将被列入经营异常名录，影响企业信誉和法人征信

避免空壳公司：注册公司不是为了享受优惠政策，关键是实质性运营。海南税务部门对享受税收优惠的企业有实质性运营要求，空壳公司无法享受优惠，且可能被追缴税款并处罚款

关注注册资本认缴期限：新《公司法》要求注册资本在5年内实缴到位。请根据公司实际经营需求和股东出资能力设定注册资本，并非越高越好

行业准入与经营范围：并非所有行业都允许注册。需避开《产业准入禁止限制目录》中的行业。填写经营范围时需规范，部分特殊行业（如金融、医疗、教育）需要办理前置或后置审批许可

后续维护与合规：公司注册成功后，必须按时进行税务申报（即使无业务也需零申报），并每年1月1日至6月30日期间报送工商年报。逾期未报会产生罚款并影响公司信用
