①人数不足6人或遇极端天气或因疫情影响，费用全退，但不做赔偿；

②活动出发前退出的，可找人替代参加；

③活动开始自身原因自行退出者费用不退。

①会员自愿参加本次活动，完全理解并认同活动计划，服从领队决定和指挥，凡擅自离队者，责任自负。

②高度注意森林防火，请参加会员不要携带火种进山，严禁在山林等有易燃品的场合吸烟、用火，如有违反，责任自负。

③若因不可抗力因素（堵车、交通工具故障、恶劣天气、自然灾害、卫生事件、政府行为等）导致行程阻断，领队有权对行程做相应的调整，因此所产生的额外费用须由会员承担。对于活动中因个人因素和不可抗力因素、意外事件造成的事故和伤害，俱乐部不负法律、经济责任。

④活动中严格遵守户外无痕“LNT”原则，不乱丢垃圾，鼓励拾捡垃圾，提倡环保。
