文昌街道:“清洁家园”进行时 人居环境再提升
文昌街道以“清洁家园”行动为契机，锚定治理难点、盲点，秉持全力动员、全域覆盖、全民参与的理念，全面清理环境卫生，消除卫生死角，推动辖区人居环境实现质的提升。
全域覆盖，精细整治见实效
为提升辖区企业厂区环境卫生，开展厂区“本色行动”，道路地面“见底色”、装置设备“见本色”、裸露地面“见绿色”，让工业厂区焕发生机。同时，各村对道路两侧绿化带开展“清杂焕绿”行动，组织人员清除枯枝落叶、白色垃圾及杂草，修剪杂乱绿植，对裸露地块进行补植，让绿化带恢复整洁生机。全辖区机关、学校、医院等企事业单位同步行动，清除积存垃圾、规整乱堆乱放，从主干道到背街小巷，从公共区域到隐蔽角落，实现环境整治“无盲区”。
全员参与，“门前五包”强责任
为推动环境整治常态化，街道通过街道微信公众号、微信群、视频号等平台加大宣传引导力度，工作人员入户向道路两侧企业、个体工商户及住户详解“门前五包”责任制——包文明秩序、包环境卫生、包设施管理、包美化亮化、包文明行为，让“我的门前我负责”成为共识。村“两委”干部率先垂范，党员群众纷纷响应，紧盯村庄主干道路沿线、房前屋后等关键区域，“清理一处、验收一处、维护一处”，为辖区环境整治注入“强心剂”。
温情服务，特殊群体有保障
“家里老人行动不便，门口的杂物一直没来得及清，多亏村里派来机械帮忙，现在门口敞亮多了！”北高村村民张大爷感激地说。针对老弱病残户及常年在外的群众，村“两委”主动“接单”，统一调配挖掘机、清运车等机械，开展“集中清运行动”：从废旧家具到枯枝落叶，从杂草堆到建筑垃圾，一件件“顽疾”被彻底清除，让特殊群体也能共享整治成果。
“环境整治不是‘一阵风’，而是要让家家户户都住得舒心。”文昌街道统一思想，坚定信心，将持续深化“清洁家园”行动，建立长效管护机制，让“干净、整洁、有序”成为文昌街道的“标配”。
