经查，曾利民违反政治纪律，在担任市卫健委主要领导期间，推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作不坚决，打折扣、搞变通，落实全面从严治党主体责任不力；违反中央八项规定精神，收受管理和服务对象礼品、礼金，违规报销差旅费；违反组织纪律，违规决定重要项目安排和人事任免；违反廉洁纪律，违规购买保障性住房。利用职务上的便利，在医疗工程建设、设备采购等方面为他人谋取利益并收受财物，涉嫌受贿犯罪。
依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经文昌市纪委常委会会议研究并报文昌市委批准，决定给予曾利民开除党籍处分；由文昌市监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物随案移送。（文昌市纪委监委）

日前，经澄迈县委批准，澄迈县纪委监委对澄迈县金安筹备组原党委书记、组长黄世敏严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。
经查，黄世敏违反中央八项规定精神，违规收受礼品、礼金；违反工作纪律，违规将工程项目以化整为零方式规避公开招标。利用职务便利，在项目承揽、验收、工程款拨付等方面为他人谋取利益，非法收受巨额财物，涉嫌受贿犯罪。
依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经澄迈县纪委常委会会议研究并报澄迈县委批准，决定给予黄世敏开除党籍处分；由澄迈县监委给予其开除公职处分；终止其澄迈县第十三次党代会代表资格；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物随案移送。（澄迈县纪委监委）
