文昌市成功举办高层次人才服务联络员技能大赛初赛

8月29日下午，文昌市高层次人才服务联络员技能大赛初赛在市委党校成功举办。本次大赛由中共文昌市委人才发展局主办，来自全市各单位的69名高层次人才服务联络员同台竞技，展现了我市人才服务队伍的专业风采。

大赛采用闭卷笔试形式，聚焦人才服务核心业务，重点考察人才认定、落户政策、住房保障、医疗保障、子女入学、外国人来华工作等政策实务能力，全面检验参赛人员的专业水平和服务能力，在赛前还进行了相关业务培训。

文昌市聚焦国际航天城建设人才服务需求，持续优化人才服务队伍建设。本次技能竞赛通过以赛代训、以考促学的方式，充分调动了服务队伍提升专业能力的积极性，切实增强了团队的服务水平和业务素养。



此次初赛优胜者将代表文昌市参加全省高层次人才服务联络员技能大赛。我市也将以此次大赛为契机，进一步完善人才服务机制，打造高素质专业化服务队伍，为文昌国际航天城建设和海南自由贸易港发展提供坚实的人才服务保障。
