琼海开展农资经营店“综合查一次”执法检查行动
为进一步提升执法工作质效，构建高效协同的执法体系，推动“综合查一次”执法工作落地落实，7月9日，琼海市农业行政执法大队联合市市场监督管理行政执法大队开展农资经营店“综合查一次”执法检查行动，琼海市综合行政执法局马迁副局长到现场检查指导。
此次行动，主要对嘉积镇农资经营店开展“综合查一次”执法检查，采取“进一次门、查多项事、一次到位”的执法检查模式，一是对农资产品进行执法检查，针对农资经营店是否有经营许可证、是否销售国家或省内禁用的农药、超过有效期的农药是否及时下架、是否销售假冒伪劣农药肥料、农药肥料标签是否规范、进销台帐（电子和纸质台帐）是否完整、是否超范围经营等事项进行执法检查，查处违法违规行为，同时开展普法宣传，引导农资经营人员强化法治意识，依法、诚信、规范经营；二是开展禁塑执法检查，针对农资经营店是否储存、使用一次性不可降解塑料制品等情况进行检查，整治违法违违行为，同时开展宣传教育，增强经营人员环境保护意识，引导经营人员使用全生物降解塑料制品、纸制品、布制品等替代品，推动绿色生活方式，拒绝白色污染。
当天行动，共出动执法人员8人次，检查2家农资经营店，未发现违法违规行为。下一步，农业大队将坚持“执法不扰企、服务不减分、监管不缺位”原则，深入推进“综合查一次”联合执法检查工作，稳步提升执法工作效率，使我们的执法既有力度，又有温度。
