省农科院粮食所副研究员、省水稻体系北部站站长唐力琼：“对于一些成熟的田块，如果排水比较好的田块，我们首当其冲的就是要排水，防止穗发芽，如果是排水不太好的田块，我们要把稻谷给它扎把起来，把它扶直起来，然后一般是3株我们扶成一把，等水排干以后要尽快抢晴天进行一个抢收。如果是处于抽穗扬花之前的水稻，我们要尽快去排水，但是又不能完全地排干，我们要保持田间一个薄薄的水层，大概3到5厘米这样子，然后等这个水自然落干以后，我们再进行灌水，反复地进行一个干湿交替，及时地喷一些药剂来增强水稻的抵抗力，然后来防治病虫害。”

当天上午，文昌市疾控中心食品监测评估组工作人员深入铺前农贸市场，对各类海产品进行细致采样。此次采样将重点检查海产品是否存在霍乱弧菌、副溶血菌感染等情况，从源头上把控食品安全，防止因食用受污染海产品而引发食源性疾病，守护群众“舌尖上的安全”。
